The Information Technology Department provides a number of training opportunities for faculty and staff. A few of the topics that we offer training in are:

      IT has purchased OnBase Premium Subscription which gives Mt. SAC employees access to over 250 OnBase courses online. The videos include a wide range of topics and technical levels (beginner, intermediate, and expert) so there is something for everyone to watch, whether you are an end user, database administrator, or system administrator. There is an assessment at the end of each video that can be taken an unlimited amount of times..
      All Premium Subscription videos have a 'Resources and Links' tab with user guides, power points, and other resources related to that video.

        Anyone with an email account.
      • How do I create an account?
        First click here to create an OnBase Profile..
      • How do I login?
        Go to to login using you profile username and password.
      • Do I get a certificate when I finish a course?
        No. There is a section called "My Training" where you can keep track of the courses you have taken and completed.
